Stay in unspoiled Chiswick, which has retained a charming village atmosphere. Peter and Valerie's home, in Bedford Park, London's first garden estate, was built in the 1880s. Turnham Green Terrace and the Chiswick High Road nearby, abound with boutiques, craft shops and cafes. There are three guest rooms: a double and a twin which share a guest bathroom, plus a double with queen-size bed sharing a bathroom. The breakfast room doubles as a TV sitting room for guests.
